Never go for this. After sales support is very bad. Nothing more to tell. Do not go for this, look for any other option.
No response from service engineer customer care and service desk, from last 20 days i am daily calling customer care but customer care executive says" BY END OF THE DAY YOUR DEVICE ACTIVATED", worest service do not buy autocop telematics devices. Worest service and service engineer ask's demands money for activation and rude behavior
**For people not getting their service by the company you can complete at "Consumer act of India"**. Autocop is fake and pathetic. I had paid for renewal services last month but their employees are just giving ball talks. It's been 1+ month but i am still not getting the services which i paid for. Never opt for Autocop you will for sure get disappointed. I wish there was an option of not give starts.
Good App
Good app but currently I will recharge my autocop app Rs 1750 but my money is deducted from my accounts but app isn't recharge this is completely wrong this is chiting with autocop customers and they are not give us any proper answer
